This image represents the CTD data from the second part of this
cruise. This transect is 300 miles long and is an extension of the Bigeye line. Both the temperature and chlorophyll concentration measured through this region are very different from the northern transect. This figure is also a north-south slice of the ocean down to about 500 meters for temperature, and 200 meters for chlorophyll.
