This is part of the field camp on Lisianski Island. The blue jugs are fresh water containers that were just hauled from the ship to the island. The sign is a standard US Fish and Wildlife Refuge sign just like you would find in any other state in the country. The only difference is that there is Japanese writing at the bottom of this one.
